Pipe Stress Analysis

At Wolds Engineering Consultants we have many years of experience solving pipe stress analysis problems working in a range of industries including Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Energy and water.

We use the industry leading software Caesar II to carry out the analysis should the client specifications dictate. We also have in-house software and finite Element analysis capabilities for the design of pip supports and to check allowable nozzle loads in the absence of client data.

For companies who currently have in-house capability, we can act as an extension of your office completing any work which you do not have the capacity for. For companies who do not have in-house capability, we are able to offer a full service from writing analysis specifications, production of critical line lists to reporting and liaising with insurance companies, ensuring full project compliance.
